Countless hours of STEM learning go unused as many students never get the chance to apply it. That is why we founded Seize The Bot: to bring hands-on robotics education to every school in need.
Seize The Bot’s mission is to ignite students’ passion for robotics. We gather kit donations from FIRST Lego League alumni, robotics programs and institutions, and secure monetary support from corporations. With these resources, we repurpose existing kits or purchase new ones for workshops at local public venues and distribution to schools in need.
We work closely with teachers at the schools we support to develop and sustain FIRST Lego League robotics programs. These vibrant initiatives become thriving hubs for the STEM community, ensuring students’ interest continues to grow.
Reach out to schools who are in need of robotics resources.
Meet with faculty to explain different FIRST LEGO League (FLL) kits.
After gathering enough interest, we designate faculty to teach this program and provide them with the proper instruction resources. We stay in touch with them if they are in need of any assistance
Ocassionally host workshops in local locations including libraries, YMCAS, schools, etc to present and raise interest in robotics.
